in the city where we are now, legazpi city, i observe that there are lots of potential to develop exporting, from the information industry....and my personal analysis is that, there are a lot of skills available with numerous schools, but still lack infrastructure...., only needing to be tapped for this purpose..,, for the information, communications and technology....there are a number of buildings, but they need renovation and repair and upgrade....but it will depend on the selected scope of operation,.. in my perceived family enterprise operation,,,,we can pursue our passion in this field,,, in micro, small, medium, and big operation...

attended mostr recently, tenth e-services conference and trade exhibits at the smx center, sm complex, pasay city... i was there one day ahead of the event to familiarize myself of the new area,, the first time to e there and to view the event...well i met my spectations for the event, before ,and after and the follow up of the results i wanted to implement for the next six months and a year,, till the next conference an d trade show..there are a lot of nice ideas to develop and try, a hundred of them and, but i have to priopritize the ideas. that are most feasible and realistc,,,that i can operate as an information and data family enterprise and data bank plus electronics data...its really ashow worth attending, since my eyes were oponed to it since 1982, as a team memeber of the electronics data processing team of the bank of the philippine islands that made the atm(automated teller machines) , electronics banking,, and elevated bank of thephilippine isalnds as the premiere banks in the 1980s, and the pioneer leader in the elecronics banking, this is only a tip of the iceberg on the information age...where the best commodity is information....thus, this is one of my information age "baby" , the "nasa"data bank enterprise...(which stands for the first letter of my family as an acronym.... till nest issue on this information age blog..

good day to everyone!! this is saldy reario, will give you another update on the realities of export life philippines nowadays, last week of july and first week of august is indeed a busy day for me,from your working on the job exporter.., honestly speaking, i am updated, with a street smart knowledge, that really works, with common sense developed for 38 years(with good judgment for any export situation, or the basics aspect of management),as i personally believe thatall businesses are okey,it depends on the mangament system of the owner or the one who manages it., that makes the difference. tohers say that , at least we are okey because we have a shipment going to guam, for a 1x20' container..as my other said, we can work this out , and something might come out of it, in guam for these baskets. honestly, speaking, with this shipment, what i gain, as the liaison officer in manila, isanother real experience, in the field of customs documentation, processing, new set-up in the customs, as it was about 1-0-15 years when i went up the zimshipping line at south harbour, to see when our container has been loaded up already bound to the meditteranean, specifically in italy., of course with the permission form the ships representative and with the customs official, the south harbour, was not as big as it isnow., as it was able to purchase the property ofthe dpwh nearby, for its container, yard both for the export and the import, what i saw for the first time inside, the pier, was the on-going inspection for the incoming cargo, that were classified for inspection//, and the truckers, waiting area, which is just besides the baseco compound and very near my schoolmates, forwarding company...(mr. avila),,in my reflection, logistics and trucking are indeed very good business related tonthe international trade(both export and import), they are necessitites of the trade...and again in the governments point a view, the depratment of finance secretary is also a very good position, as it customs is under its wing, together with the bureau of internal revenue....department of finance can determine, the balance of trade, whenthe export are greater than the import,it is good for the country or using common sense, when there are more containers, on the export side than the import side, we ahve a booming economy, thish means that we have more jobs here than abroad.,in terms of taxes, customs is also a great contributor, together with the bureau of internal revenue..., but on the part of the small exporter, like reario's crafts inc. what does this mean??? as aliaison officer, indeed this is a very challenging job,, this could even be part of my book, that could finally be finished..., this blog column may contain around 360 pages, and this could be enoughfor my first book, export, the best business inthe world..."this will form part one of this report.
Thank you and have a nice day to all.

think, do act, exports daily.,,www. salmanila2100exports.blogspost.com, is the advertising and publishing arm for reario's crafts inc., who is the marketing arm of reario's enterprises for its agricultural, forest and aquamarine products, and which added tonits new line, arts, which is more varied and right now has the most valued exports from india recently higher than real state, call centers or any product as of the 2dn quarter of the year 2006.. the concept of researching and getting suppliers from the sm malls of metro-manila is a gallant idea for focusing on the metromanila or rather metro luzon grid as redefiend in the vision planup to the year 2010 by the president gloria macapacal arroyo in her sona address datedjulyn 24, 2005.thrpough my digital camera, i could probably get the latest products in the malls, within the 5th district area of manila.. and poost it in my computer. this could be updated weekly or regularly by, coordinating with my digital expert and post it in the site....of course with carefull examination. this could already entail a lot of works for the next six months and of course, orders for the company....the most recent classification of the philippines by the president gloria macapagal arroyo, as four regions, namely the norterhn luzon super region(composed of regions I,II and CAR, focusing on agriculture), the metro-luzon super region(coomposed of regions 3,4 NCR, focusing on industrial products, with its number 1 exports, as the electronics, which includes mindoroand marinduque islands), the central philippines(composed of regions 5,(bicol),region6,western visayas, and region7, central visayas and a part of mindanao the camiguin island)- focusing of the trilliondollar industry, the ttourism industry, which willnhelp my eco-lodge, tourism project in the balugo area, the future, religious town center of the bicol region.(which) i will coordinate with senator pimentel, and other political alliances,as well as strong relative, entrepreneurs and military connections.and the tri-media. group. and religious group....the third, the mindano superegion( composed mostly of the mindanao areas, focusing on agriculture, with coconuts has its major export prducts).and the fourth is the cyber region, refrerrrign to the palawan and bicol area, focusing on the internet, communication(call-centers) and telecommunications industries., which now has started in camarines sur, with the initiative of governor el rey villafuerte. as an exporter these vision especially on exprotsof manpower, products and services will be greatly enhancedwith more partner investors coming to thenphilippines.....thuspresident gloria macapagal arroyo will no longer be impeached or accused with reference to the article 15 of the constitution referring to the "solidarity of the filipino family" meaning, mom and dad will no longer go abroad, but with the familyfor guidance and wisdom., just imagine 8 million filipinos now are abroad working for money, how about the neglect of time they spend for their family?, money is not everything. our best resosurce is still our people, brilliant people...that is why in my college days, we have formed a group of 12, mastermind, wherein,we are to remain in the philippines to focus here....and passsed on to our next generations....

heloo everyone! exports must have top priority, among government leaders, religious leaders, educators, non government institutions and studentry.. in my vision of creating an export community for every barangay in the philippines, whether it is an export of service or export of manpower or export products. an example of export of service is the call center or electronic data processing in encoding services. callcenters, export of manpower where we have abundance, like the nurses and the products we manufacture. just as prseident gloria macapagal arroyo addressed in her 6th SONA, today i congratulate her for having a clear vision of development before her term ends in2010, by creating super regions, composed of northern luzon super region compose of regions 1,2 and the cordillera.the metro luzon super regio composed of regions 3, 4, metro-manila, including mindoro and marinduque., central philippines, composeof the bicol are( regions 5, 6, 7, romblon , camiguin), and the mindanao super region. both the orther luzon and mindanao super regions are focused on agricluture development, the metro luzon super region on industries, wehre 50% of GDP is obatined, and the central philippines will be developed into tourism area, now balugo could be develo0ped as a meditation and religious center, thereby creating it into a town, and generating livelihood via cooperativism. the number one export of the philippines is located in the metro luzon super region wherein electronics is the number one product.mindanao number 1 export is the coconut, and it is blessed with almos a typhoon free area. and the central philippines for its trilliondollar potential generating employment in the countryside. the ict gateway is already being developed in the palawan area, wherein at least two airports will be built..in general hte legacy of the arroyo adminitraion is more on increasing the infrustructure of the entire philippines . as per arlenes confirmation it is really true, that the arroyo administration has really fulfilled its it vision entitled against all odds and i, myself have also witnesssed the on-going infrustructure especially in our town, wherein almost 100% of our barrios have now electricity, and mosst of the barrios in the urban area ahve now good roads referring to our town oas, even on balugo, mountain roads, wherein it is my vision to make it into a town., wherein it will be our place of retirement and our familys legacy for the next generations to come as given by our forefathers..we have now sixth generation on the familynof the alejandro reario, elonila patasin union, which could start the township movement.. of balugo., as an exporter, started in the area(balugo), i will also write senator pimentel, to ask for the lcoal government code, on making, converting a bariio into a town, wherein a town now, has more allotment in the ira than cities...considering its land area, and the population of the people....of course with a mastermind from my fellow exporters, governor el rey, wherein their family has already been in politics in bicol in a sapn of about 3 generations with a complete and successful record. we could possibly pattern our poilical base, starting in balugo. as fellow exporters i think this coul be achievable... of course with gods blessings.,,,with nthe next six months i, could visualize myself in a very healthy poistion and well maintained health, plus more involvement in the internet tarde, toastmaster club, knights of colum bus, and arrangement of antons room and my office. i could also visualize that everyone in our family are all in good health....always under the protection of our god through the kingdom of our lord jesus christ....exprots . export export,, anybody who wants to learn export whether still a student , aprofessional, a businessman in a different field, can contact me, consult me so i can share my expertise...and we coudl learn from one another...

hello everyone! this is saldy. exports is my life. i had a conversation yesterday with my brother in-law bob, also with an indirect export industry support, that exports has been affected by chinas exports. i told him its true, but how long can they sustain it?.. we are involved in handicrafts basically, bicol handicrafts but in a recent visit by a buyer from italy, he explained a design they buy from china and its no good quality, the embroideries they made could easily be destroyed., even when i went to the mall, china products are really cheap, but it depends on the buyer what they are looking for. when i say exports, it refer to different products aside from handicrafts.coming from bicol, we have laing, coconuts, abaca, rice and corn, services, manpower(seamen, nurses, laborers, specially in the middle east other parts of asia, and the americas), as per conversation with my cousin, benjie, deploying nurses to the carribean is just like exports of handicrafts. in 1976, we only have aro0und 6,000 filipino overseas workers, while to this date 2006 around after 30 years we have now around 8 million filipino workers, most of them, speak english very well and very much skilled.,, so exporting is really much diversified, and only if i focus in our area, i could find a lot of items that could be exporter traded with other areas in the world. again we have this complexities of the international trade, but we can simplify, it with the use of technology now, wherein new systems are being offered to make life easier and enjoyable, in the pursuit of this international trade. this coming week i am going to have an export documentationfor our buyer going to guam, we hope this will continue to have monthly sales.
sti;;prospects and opportunities are always around, like the japanese market is bouncing back again, thus we have to focus on this market. but we have to devote more time in the webuducation as this is a trillion dollar industry nowadays, like forex industry, its also part of the export and import trade... i am devoting my time more on internate research and slaes for the next six months of the year2006,which i hope will let me increase the sales of reario's crafts and arts for at least 20%. the idea is, we only have to focus on the present buyer, then promote to them our present products, ideas like, putting additional experties on our site, like, arts,(thishas wider coverage than just crafts, it could even include martial arts, dances and related materials to it. recently i read in the fortune magazine, that the number sales now in india is its works of arts, wherein indian paintings are being bought by fellow indians from other parts of the world, in millions of values.. much even higher than computer and real state growth transactions. so reario's arts and crafts could increase sales. another point for improvement maintaining the status quo, and focusing just on the present buyers, we could explore other sources of products, other than our present, supply sources, of course, have to study on the cost of expenses, for example the sosurce is in leyte, how much could be spent, lets, sat 10,000.00is spent, could we get an order of about 2million pesos to cover the expenses? otherwise we only have to focus on our area, to minimize expenses, but the products are also greatly reduced..in terms of coverage.

till next time. on the life an exporter, the daily life of an exporter....
